Application Support is offered to paying customers only, through either email or chat, according to the SLA outlined in the table below. Should there be an issue limiting your use of the application for an extended period of time, your time lost will be credited to your existing subscription license.

The extended support package includes not only technical application support, but also expert regular expression advice.
