Refund Policy

All purchases, including enterprise licenses for self-hosting regex101, are final and non-refundable. Once a license is issued and payment is received, no refunds or cancellations will be granted.

Enterprise Licenses

For enterprise licenses purchased for self-hosting regex101, including custom domains and support, there are no refunds once a license is issued. This includes situations where you may need to cancel service due to changes in project scope or termination of business relationships.

Payments are processed via invoice. The license remains active as long as invoices are paid on time. If a renewal is missed, the license can be reactivated upon payment of a new invoice.
