Introduction

regex101 was created over 10 years ago, and has ever since had a growing user base. The product was sprung out of necessity, since at the time, there were very few comprehensive tools for regex creation and debugging.

The software has taken many different shapes over the years, and below, you can find a few old screenshots of how it used to look, and how it has developed into the comprehensive suite it is today.
